ABSTRACT
Il Diritto ecclesiastico ha completamente mutato le proprie costruzioni dogmatiche dal momento in cui si è delineato come materia di studio universitario. Dallo studio di rapporti verticistici, una maggiore attenzione è stata data successivamente alle tematiche della libertà. Il suo insegnamento in un CdS di Servizio sociale offre, inoltre, nuove prospettive di analisi, centrate sulle esigenze pratiche di traduzione dei concetti teorici della laicità interculturale.
“Ecclesiastical law” has completely changed its dogmatic constructions from the moment it emerged as a subject of academic study. From the focus on top-down relations, greater attention has subsequently been given to issues of freedom. Its teaching in a Social Service Studies Course also offers new perspectives of analysis, centred on the practical requirements of translating the theoretical concepts of intercultural secularism.
